Services for trade visitors

IFA Representative Offices (Messe Berlin’s foreign representatives) will assist with preparations for your trip, and will gladly help you to arrange flights, hotels, transfers or group travel. Find the right contact person in your country here.

Register early through the online ticket shop
Trade visitors can purchase their ticket to IFA in comfort from the online ticket shop, at a reduced advance sales price. Alternatively, they can redeem a ticket voucher. For more information

Free Shuttle Service
A free shuttle service for trade visitors is offered from Tegel Airport and the Olympic Stadium parking area directly to the main South Entrance. On the entire exhibition grounds a free shuttle for trade visitors is available. Shuttle plan (PDF, 327.8 kB)

Separate entrance area – the Fast Lane
Trade visitors can save time using the Fast Lane entrance, recognisable by a red carpet.

Admission to the International Trade Visitor Reception
The International Trade Visitor Reception is the business and service area reserved exclusively for trade visitors at IFA. Here you can prepare for your day at the trade fair with a small breakfast in the relaxed atmosphere, receive your free trade visitor package and free access to internet and a wide range of trade magazines. Guided tours for international trade visitors
Every day a large number of specially arranged theme tours will enable trade visitors and industry experts to find out background information about trends at IFA. The tours will begin at the trade visitor reception. For more information

The IFA International Keynotes are an exclusive series of papers aimed at decision-makers from the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances industries, members of the media, as well as trade visitors at IFA and exhibitors. For more information

A series of accompanying congress events offer a top-class lecture program, with top managers and experts from the CE industry.

IFA INTERNATIONAL - the daily news source for international visitors at IFA
contains high-impact news direct from the show floor and conferences, exclusive interviews, features and product spotlights. The online version also offers exclusive video content, covering the major events and conferences at IFA, close-up interviews with the VIPs and exciting exhibitors “booth tours”.
