How to buy a ticket? How to register as a Trade Visitor?

IFA is serving its customers worldwide. The network of IFA Representative Offices (Messe Berlin's representatives) on all five continents guarantees that international trade visitors can almost always reach a nearby representative of IFA in their region.

In order to buy a ticket for IFA we recommend to contact your IFA Representative Office (official representatives of Messe Berlin GmbH) in your country or region. Our IFA Representative Offices provide information about IFA, service for ticketing and pre-registration, visa application and travel arrangements in national language

Step 2:

How to apply for a visa? Where do I get an invitation letter for my visa application?

Please contact the IFA Representative Office in your region to request for an invitation letter for visa application. Kindly note that you need to buy your ticket and register as IFA trade visitor before you are able to apply for an invitation letter for IFA.

Step 3:

Travel arrangements: How do I get to Berlin?

Our IFA Representative Offices offer special travel arrangements for international trade visitors. Information about flight and hotel fares + sometimes even special offers for group tours are provided by the IFA Representative Offices.

Via plane: Easy approach of IFA exhibition site via free shuttle buses from Tegel Airport.

Public transport to the IFA exhibition site:

At the IFA Exhibition Site: International Trade Visitors Reception provides an exclusive area for trade visitors. Here you will easily get to know your counterparts from all over the world. Furthermore, you will find all information for a well planned fair visit and plenty of convenient space for conversations and get together away from the daily exhibition business. Opening Hours: daily at 8 a.m.

Information counters
Trade visitors find information counters with foreign language counter staff (English, French, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic).
