UniFa is a Japanese babytech start-up founded in 2013. The mission is "Enrich the communication of family all over the world, by family x technology" and its IoT products and services are used by over 4,000 childcare centers. "LookMee Nap Check" is a patented IoT sensor which aims to secure babies' nap time, saving from SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). When the babies sleep on their stomach or if there is less motion, tablet application gives alert. The other healthcare IoT product is "LookMee Thermometer", the IoT thermometer system which enables to measure, save and monitor babies' and children's body temperature in few seconds. A cloud photo service "LookMee Photo" and a communication application "Kidsly" is also dedicated for childcare centers. The common philosophy is to reduce the heavy workload of childcare centers, and to improve the service quality at the same time.
