Cristiano Amon

Cristiano Amon is president and chief executive officer of Qualcomm Incorporated, and also serves on the Company’s board of directors. Amon assumed the role of CEO on June 30, 2021.

Amon began his Qualcomm career in 1995 as an engineer, and during his tenure, has helped shape the strategic direction for the Company in several leadership roles. Prior to becoming CEO, Amon served as president of Qualcomm. In that role, he steered development of a leading and differentiated product roadmap, spearheaded Qualcomm’s 5G strategy – as well as its acceleration and global roll out – and drove the expansion and diversification of the business to serve multiple industries. Additionally, he has overseen the successful execution of M&A to augment Qualcomm’s capabilities and accelerate growth in key areas, including RF Front End, Connectivity and Networking. Previously, Amon led Qualcomm’s semiconductorbusiness as president of QCT. He also held several technical and business leadership positions, which included having overall responsibility for Qualcomm’s Snapdragon platforms. Prior to Qualcomm, Amon served as chief technical officer for Vésper, a wireless operator in Brazil, and held leadership positions at NEC, Ericsson and Velocom. Amon holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and an honorary doctorate from UNICAMP – Universidade Estadual de Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. He is a member of the USPTO Council for Inclusive Innovation.

Hakan Bulgurlu is the CEO of Arçelik, a leading global manufacturer of home appliances. Listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange, the brand holds prominent leadership positions across global markets and has annual revenues of €5bn.

Under Hakan’s leadership, the company has achieved major strides, such as becoming carbon-neutral in global production with its own carbon credits, recognized as an Industry Leader in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and included in the FTSE4Good Index for five consecutive years. Bulgurlu is a member of the World Economic Forum’s CEO Climate Leaders Alliance and the Amstel Dialogues, an initiative to foster innovation in Europe.

In 2019, in a bid to raise climate change awareness, Hakan successfully summited Everest - an account he captures in his book A Mountain to Climb. Bulgurlu was also named a Global Impact Award nominee in 2021 by the Young Presidents Organization, to celebrate his commitment to sustainable business practices as CEO of Arçelik.

Mr. Zhao holds a master’s degree in Communications and Electronic Systems from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Mike Roberts is the Vice President and Global Head of Product, Partner and Technology Marketing at Qualcomm Technologies. In this role, Roberts is responsible for promoting all the Company’s products, inclusive of co-marketing with Qualcomm’s wide ecosystem of global partners.

Roberts team is responsible for marketing Snapdragon-branded products that power premium consumer devices such as smartphones, PCs, tablets, wearables and eXtended reality devices. His team is also responsible for marketing Qualcomm’s products into new growth areas such as Industry IoT, wireless infrastructure, and the connected intelligent automobile. In addition to products, Roberts’ team is responsible for marketing Qualcomm’s innovative technologies such as 5G, AI, Wi-Fi, audio, camera, gaming, and more.

Prior to joining Qualcomm, Roberts worked for Motorola for 15 years beginning his career as an electrical engineer designing CDMA mobile phones. Roberts moved to regional product and account management with responsibilities that included NA, EMEA, China, and APAC markets helping in the transformation of the company from a feature phone leader with products including the original RAZR to the launch of Android smartphones, including the DROID in 2009.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA with a concentration in marketing, from DePaul University.

Gwenaelle is Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer of Schneider Electric and has been a member of the Executive Committee since April 1, 2022. Gwenaelle leads the development of Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestment activities, Sustainability, and Customer Satisfaction & Quality.

Prior to her current position, Gwenaelle led Schneider’s Corporate Strategy as SVP, Corporate Strategy and Energy Management Strategy between March 2021 and March 2022. Before joining Schneider Electric, Gwenaelle worked for ENGIE (formerly GDF SUEZ) from 2010 to 2021, and in her last role as part of the Executive Committee of Engie serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE North America and in charge of the Global Business Line on Renewable Energies.

Gwenaelle is Independent Director at the Board of Air France-KLM since May 2021. She has been nominated as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. In 2019, she received a Knight of the National Order of Merit in France.
